Run the outbound.
Close every loop.
Sequences and campaigns send from your own mailbox. LinkedIn and call touches arrive written, with the link one tap away. Every one lands on the contact, the account and the opportunity — and the morning queue catches whatever you started and didn't finish.
Built by people who carry a quota.
Most CRMs wait for you to type. This one puts work out and catches what comes back.
Your sequences, one-off emails, LinkedIn touches and calls all start here. They land on the contact, the account and the opportunity without you filing anything twice — and anything you opened and left hanging is on tomorrow's queue.
Outbound is built in.
Campaigns and multi-step sequences live right next to your records: merge fields, daily caps, send windows in your local hours, unsubscribe handling. Email steps send themselves from your own mailbox; LinkedIn and call steps arrive written, with the link one tap away. When someone replies, their sequence stops on its own.
- Email sends from your address — no second outreach tool
- LinkedIn and call steps prepared, not automated (see the note)
- Daily caps and local-hours send windows
- A reply pauses the cadence, so nobody gets step 3 after saying yes
Built for Microsoft 365: native send and reply detection in Outlook. Gmail isn't supported. LinkedIn and call steps are prepared for you to send — nothing posts to LinkedIn on your behalf.
Nothing you opened gets dropped.
Outreach that goes out and then goes quiet is worse than none. Open your day to a queue of exactly what needs you — every deal you started and haven't closed the loop on — and work it without leaving the list.
- Overdue next step or no next step set
- Gone quiet — no activity for as long as you decide
- Stuck in one stage past your own limit
- Single-threaded — only one contact engaged
Defaults suit a 30–60 day cycle; enterprise and transactional teams set their own in Settings.
Stop guessing at your own win rates.
Most CRMs ship a probability ladder someone invented — 10, 20, 40, 60, 80 — and then weight your forecast with it. IronVail works out yours instead, from the deals you have actually closed, and shows the count behind every figure so you can check it.
- What deals that reached this stage really closed at, and how often
- How long a deal typically sits in a stage here, so "stuck" means yours
- A stage-implied forecast beside the weighted one — a check on the call
- The queue floats the deals that are large and closing by your measure
Nothing appears until there are at least 20 decided opportunities, and 12 that reached the stage, inside the last two years. Below that you see our defaults, clearly labelled as ours. A probability you typed is never overwritten.
Nothing shown until there are enough closed deals to mean it.

You are never trapped here.
Month to month, cancel from Settings, and your data walks out whole — including after you have gone.
No contract
Monthly per seat through Stripe. Cancel whenever you like and keep access through the period you have already paid for.
No exit tax
Every record with its IDs and relationships, as per-list CSVs or one zip of the whole workspace. Unlimited, any time, no charge.
Not even when you cancel
The export still works on a locked workspace — the button is on the paywall itself. Your data was never the thing we were holding on to.
The rest of the awkward questions — answered the same way.
Simple, rep-friendly pricing.
One plan with every feature in it. No editions, no “talk to sales,” nothing gated behind a bigger tier. The trial is 14 days of the full product, no credit card.
Full 14-day trial first. No credit card required. No contract — cancel any time, and your data exports in full even after you do.
$12 is the 2026 price. New signups from 2027 pay $25/user/month, which is still under the market, but why pay it? Subscribe in 2026 and $12 is yours for life.

List prices for annual billing, as of July 2026, and most bill add-ons on top. We re-check these quarterly and update the date when we do. One plan at $12 isn't a discount; it's the whole point. Even at the 2027 price of $25 you'd be under every tier on this list.
Questions reps ask.
- Why not Salesforce or HubSpot?
- Those are platforms someone has to configure and maintain. IronVail is a tool: sign up, import your book, and start working it the same afternoon.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Billing is monthly per seat through Stripe with no contracts. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep access through the period you've paid for.
- What if I want to leave?
- One click, and it keeps working after you cancel. Export any list as CSV, or the whole workspace as a zip with every record's IDs and relationships intact, re-importable here or anywhere else. A locked workspace gets the same export from a button on the paywall screen itself — you never have to resubscribe to retrieve your own data. No charge, no limit, no window that closes.
- Do you have tiers or add-ons?
- No. One plan, every feature, billed per seat. We're not going to make you upgrade to do your job.
- Will my data be safe?
- Every workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Your data is never mixed with another customer's, and the database itself enforces that on every query. Nobody at IronVail can look inside your workspace unless an Admin opens a time-limited window for support — no window, no access, and every visit is logged where you can read it.
Put more outreach out. Drop none of it.
Import your book this afternoon and start working it the same day.
