Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [BUSINESS NAME] ("IronVail", "we") governing your use of IronVail CRM. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

IronVail is a CRM for sales teams: records, pipeline, tasks, reporting, and outbound email. We may add, change, or retire features; we'll give reasonable notice for material removals.

Your account & workspace

You're responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite. Workspace owners control membership, billing, and data. You must be authorized to act for the business whose data you put in a workspace.

Your data

You own the data you put into your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service — nothing more. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use — email in particular

You may not use IronVail to send spam or unlawful email. You must have a lawful basis to contact your recipients, honor unsubscribes (IronVail enforces its suppression list automatically), and comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and the rules of any mailbox provider you connect. We may suspend sending or accounts that generate abuse complaints.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly, through Stripe. Trials are free and require no card. You can cancel anytime; paid periods already started aren't refunded, and access continues to the end of the period. Prices for existing subscriptions change only with 30 days' notice.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we'll make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes & contact
